VENDORS SHOW - Friday - Sunday - April 26, 27, 28, 2024

 

This is an outdoor show with booth spaces available outside the K of C Hall under the pavilion and in the direct path of the BBQ Cook-off and Outdoor Entertainment. Mail any questions to  printshop@texasibrary.com or call (361) 798-4364 ask for Brianna Rother.

VENDOR RULES

 

  • • Set-up time begins Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. NO SET UP SPACE IS AVAILABLE PRIOR TO Friday Morning.
    • All Exhibitors are responsible for set-up, breakdown and clean-up.
    • Exhibitors requesting electricity are to provide their own electrical cords.
    • If your booth consists of 25% or more jewelry items, it will be considered a “jewelry” booth. This rule also pertains to clothing.
    • There ONLY will be allowed a maximum of six (6) jewelry booth spaces.
    • There ONLY will be allowed a maximum of eight (8) clothing booth spaces.
    • Booths requiring more than 10’x10’ booth space must book additional spaces as needed.
    • Failure to stay within your assigned booth space may result in removal from show. • Exhibitors are responsible for all sales tax, liability insurance, signs and decorations. • NO REFUND, RAIN OR SHINE!
    • No vehicles will be allowed in the festival area except for unloading and loading. We ask that you unload as quickly as possible as a courtesy to other vendors. Parking is designated close to the hall and if full, you may park in general parking areas. ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING IN THE FRONT TWO ROWS OF GENERAL PARKING. THAT IS FOR KC WORKERS AND STAFF!
    • Booth assignments will be on a first-received registration basis.
    • No Pets Allowed.
    • The independent sale of non-retail food and drinks is under the discretion of the KC Hall.
    • Exhibitors must provide own tent or cover and tables. The Hallettsville KC Hall will NOT provide booth covering or tables.
    • Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set forth will result in removal from current vendor show and will result in not being allowed to return for future shows & festivals.
    • The Hallettsville Knights of Columbus reserves the right to approve any items sold. If a vendor is asked to remove any item and if a vendor continues to sell that item, the vendor can be asked to leave the show and will not be asked to return for future festivals
    • NO guns, water guns, toy guns, stink bombs, silly string, laser pens, carnival type items or any items that are considered to be a weapon or nuisance will be sold or allowed on grounds.
    • Under no circumstances can lessee sublease booth space. This rule is mandatory! If other persons and their products are being sold from your booth—you will be removed from show.
